These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the ENNAH Heirloom website at ennahheirloom.com.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ENNAH Heirloom. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide during checkout is complete and accurate.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, natural materials, handmade elements or supplier variations.

Gift-box presentation, ribbon, tissue paper, decorative materials and individual product packaging may occasionally vary from the photographs. Where a particular item becomes unavailable, we will not make a significant substitution without contacting you.

Natural, handmade and small-batch products may have minor variations that are not considered faults.

  1. PRODUCT USE, INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGIES

Please read all product labels, ingredient lists, allergy information, safety instructions and manufacturer guidance before using or consuming an item.

Customers are responsible for checking that products are suitable for the intended recipient, particularly where allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy or dietary requirements are involved.

Use bath, body, skincare, candle, and wellness products only as directed. Stop using a product if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction.

Information provided on our website is for general product information only and is not medical advice.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you submit your order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise cannot be verified.

  1. PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

We accept your order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

• An item is unavailable.
• A price or product description contains an obvious error.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
• We are unable to fulfil a requested personalisation.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.

  1. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

You are responsible for checking all names, wording, dates, addresses and other personalisation details before submitting your order.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be changed once production has begun. They also cannot normally be returned if you change your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it has been dispatched by contacting gifting@ennahheirloom.com as soon as possible.

Your rights after dispatch, including applicable change-of-mind returns, personalised-product exclusions and restrictions concerning opened hygiene-sensitive products, are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

  1. DELIVERY

Our Shipping Policy explains available delivery destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times, and we show them at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed date. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to assist when a delivery problem occurs.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. You may be required to pay additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, where permitted by law.

Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive it.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Offers may be withdrawn or amended before an order is placed.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ENNAH Heirloom name, branding, website content, written descriptions, photographs, graphics and original materials belong to ENNAH Heirloom or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

  1. WEBSITE USE

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Introduce viruses or harmful code.
• Collect or misuse another person’s information.
• Copy or exploit website content without permission.
• Place false or fraudulent orders.

We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably suspect misuse.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and social-media platforms.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

  1. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Where you purchase as a consumer, products are supplied for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, postal or courier disruption, transport interruption, power or internet failure, supplier disruption, or government restrictions.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service when our business, website or legal obligations change.

The terms applying to your purchase will be those available when you place your order. Any changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
